i found the location convenient. the team was genuinely helpful. cleaning service kept my room very tidy and super clean. i especially appreciated the team's attentiveness to detail.

The bar nearby had some noise late at night. Though it wasn't too disruptive.

the staff was friendly. they always greeted me by name. the location was also great, close to many restaurants. i found the air conditioning kept the room comfortable.

My room faced an inner courtyard. The view wasn't good. a building stood directly in front of my balcony door. i mostly kept the door closed. the plumbing was quite noisy at all hours.

the staff was really helpfull. miguel helped me with my trip in the mornings. the room was cleaned every day, and they refilled my toiletries. the location was easy to reach and was in a nice neighborhood with good cafes.

there werent a good view from the room. the building faced another building and people could see inside. there was work being done in the area and , made a lot of noise in the mornings. the people in the next room was really loud when they came back late.

The staff provided EXCELLENT support for planning my itinerary. They ensured I maximized my stay. The room was super clean (I noticed immediately), and the ensuite bathroom had nice cleaning products for the crockery. I found a fridge and microwave in the room (very convenient for snacks). There were helpful staff in the office 24/7 (priceless for assistance).

My room had little storage. I struggled a tiny bit to find space for everything.

The hotel is on a quiet street that felt so close to everything. I found it very easy to reach nearby attractions (it was a HUGE advantage). Many outdoor restaurants are also conveniently located down the street.
